Starters.

  • Ham hock terrine, home-pickled vegetables & crusty bread
  • Salad of king prawns with mango, avocado, chilli & sesame
  • Duck liver parfait, brioche & fig chutney
  • Marinated local mozzarella, toasted almonds, fresh chilli, rocket & prosciutto

Mains.

  • Roasted loin of local lamb, fondant potato, steamed spinach, shiraz jus
  • Roasted fillet of local beef, mashed potato, glazed carrots & porcini jus
  • Slow-cooked pork shoulder, celeriac & apple puree, braised red cabbage, cider jus
  • Tuscan-style fish stew with Pollack, gurnard, grey mullet, mussels, clams & squid
  • Pan-fried wild local bass with caper & garlic butter sauce and seasonal vegetables

Desserts.

  • Really boozy tiramisu with freshly grated chocolate
  • Baked chocolate tart with raspberries & Chantilly
  • Vacherin of marinated strawberries with hazelnut meringue
  • Brioche summer pudding terrine with orange cream
  • Lemon tart with marinated strawberries & mint
